Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run a trust platform, and we do not sell it. This page describes what we hold, who can see it, and for how long.
What other members see
Your first name and last initial, your country, optionally your city, your verification badges, your rating and your completion record. Nothing else.
What we hold privately
Your full name, date of birth, nationality, address, phone number, email address, identity document images and verification results. Document numbers are encrypted at rest; document images live in a private bucket reachable only through a short-lived signed link.
Who can access identity data
Only authorised verification agents, and only while reviewing a submission. Every access is written to an immutable audit log with the agent, the time and the reason.
Location
Tracking defaults to milestones only. Approximate or precise location sharing is opt-in per shipment, and a traveler can turn it off at any time.
Messages
Conversations are stored so they can be used as evidence in a dispute. Before a booking exists, contact details are removed from messages automatically.
Your controls
You can edit your details, hide your city, opt out of pre-deal messages, and choose your notification channels in Settings. You can request deletion of your account, subject to the records we must keep for dispute and legal purposes.
