Terms of service
ONVEE is a marketplace that connects senders with travelers. We provide verification, an authenticated handover process, tracking and a dispute service. We do not carry parcels ourselves and we are not a licensed carrier or customs agent.
Who may use the platform
You must be at least 18, complete identity verification, and use your own real identity. One person, one account.
What you are responsible for
Senders are responsible for declaring contents accurately and completely. Travelers are responsible for what is in their luggage at every border they cross, and for complying with the rules of their carrier and the countries on their route. Neither responsibility transfers to us.
Prohibited and restricted items
Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, controlled substances, hazardous chemicals, cash and currency, counterfeit goods and live animals may not be sent. Medicines, food, electronics and valuables are reviewed before a request goes live. Rules vary by corridor and are published in the app.
Payments and fees
The shipment price is agreed between sender and traveler. We hold the amount from confirmation until the recipient confirms delivery, then release it less the platform fee shown before you accept an offer. An open dispute suspends the release.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel before the parcel changes hands. Once a shipment is in transit, use the dispute process instead. Cancellations affect your reliability score.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account for undeclared items, identity misuse, off-platform payment arrangements, or repeated disputes. Where the law requires it, we report to the relevant authority.
